Measuring and evaluating the extent to which course learning outcomes (CLOs) are achieved is essential for determining whether students have met or not met the expected outcomes. This also includes assessing the quality of exams and the quality of individual exam questions - an increasingly necessary requirement for all higher education institutions today.
This task aims to make evaluations of learners' competencies and academic results transparent, give students the opportunity to develop self-assessment skills, monitor their progress, and motivate themselves to continuously improve their learning outcomes.
At the same time, it provides instructors with a basis to identify their own strengths and weaknesses, allowing them to adjust and improve their teaching practices, and to continuously strive for better teaching quality and effectiveness.
Therefore, on November 30th 2024, the Faculty of Business Administration held a seminar titled "Assessment of the Attainment Level of Program Learning Outcomes", with the participation of Deans, Deputies of Deans, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and students of the Faculty of Business Administration.
